Having seen first-hand how staffing gaps affect patient safety, he co-founded VELOX-CARE, a digital platform that lets healthcare facilities book qualified agency staff promptly and reliably. Warren brings clinical insight, regulatory rigour, and a passion for health technology to ensure every shift is filled safely, compliantly, and fast.

Priscilla is a qualified safety officer with cross-sector expertise in occupational health and safety, infection prevention and control, and quality and compliance across both the hospital and food industries. As co-founder and Marketing Director of VELOX-CARE, she turns that frontline knowledge into a brand that facility managers trust. Priscilla leads brand strategy, client acquisition and stakeholder engagement, building partnerships with healthcare facilities and staffing agencies nationwide.
